 I used them for a bathroom remodel, update/change all the doors and paint the ceiling and walls. They are prompt, reasonable, do quality work, come in on budget (even if you ask them to do tiny other favors that you discover while the work is going on) and they clean up. + with their experience they come up with creative ideas to fix issues. Valerie and Ben's personal investment in our master bath remodel began on their first visit.  They were creative with our limited space, realistic and extremely personable.  Valerie guided our decision making with regular communication of options; from hardware to tile, colors to shower door functionality.  We were a little slow in making some decisions yet Valerie proved tenacious in securing pricing and a few items that had gone out of stock.  In the end, we were delighted with everything she helped us select.

Ben and his crew spent more time protecting our home from dust and debris, than actually demo-ing/building-out the MB space.  We really appreciated that. Electric and plumbing work always take a little more time, as they should.  Some days we had Roberts team members here, some days Ben was in helping to start, see-through or finish a phase of the remodel.  The one day we had a sub-contractor in for window replacement, Ben was here and finished off the install on his own, late on a Friday.

Valerie and Ben are eager, thorough communicators.  We're very happy with the remodel job they did for us, their responsiveness throughout the process and their willingness to meet our expectations.  Again, it's their personal investment in OUR project, that really sets them apart.  ~Chris, 2024

Everything went extremely well and we were definitely pleased with the work completed. There were a couple design changes, on our end, throughout the renovation (lights moved/ replaced) but BCM was extremely easy to work with and were able to make changes on the fly. We hired BCMRoberts for our basement, after discussing with a handful of contractors. They were the most thorough and flexible to our design ideas. They even gave us connection to have a water issue addressed beforehand at a competitive rate and quick timeframe. The construction process went pretty well. As with all projects, some issues or delays popped up here and there. When they arose (mainly with subs), they were transparent and took care of them quickly. They were extremely detailed, adding nice finishing touches that weren't requested, but very much appreciated. They took the job as if it were their own house. I contacted BCMRoberts to remove the old dropped, grid ceiling with plastic tiles and fluorescent tube lights in our kitchen and refinish the freshly exposed wall, paint the newly exposed ceiling, and install new lights. The team worked quickly to demo the existing ceiling grid and remove the fluorescent lights and start refinishing the wall. They tarped our whole kitchen to minimize dust from the wall refinishing process, they left temp lights up for us until the final lighting was installed, and they cleaned up each day before they left. They came back twice to apply paint and finally install the lighting. The facelift took YEARS off our 1980s kitchen, and the job freshens the look of the kitchen until we can re-do the entire kitchen. The whole BCMRoberts team was pleasant to work with and I would definitely hire them again.   ~Greg, 2022

Mike, Ben (and team) were great to work with. They were very accommodating, flexible, and communicated frequently about the upcoming schedule and possible changes or delays. They quoted the job using readily available hardware, supplies, etc. and then allowed us to make changes based on our preferences. The quote was then adjusted (up or down) based on the price difference. All of the subs they used, did nice work as well, but did cause some minor delays due to availability (I don't think this is unique to BCM Roberts and just the state of the industry right now). Overall we ended up with a beautiful bath remodel within the time estimated. We would use them again for future remodel needs.   ~Lee, 2021

To begin, I have never written a review for any service before. I was never motivated to because the service was not note worthy. However BCMRoberts has earned our trust and a written review. I cannot say enough how satisfied we are with the BCMRoberts contractors. I have dealt with several contractors who don't show up when promised, do not return calls or are undependable in general. But Mike and Ben were very professional, easy to work with, showed up when they said they would and returned calls promptly. Their attention to detail was outstanding and they took great care to clean up after themselves. Further, the secondary labor they provided for dry wall and painting were just as professional and amazing. They worked with us as partners and the estimate provided was very accurate.
